Even after running BcmOobXmlImport.exe the Track-It! user is not created in Client Management with Track-It! 2018/2019

    PROBLEM:

    If Client Management does not get automatically integrated with Track-It! 2018/2019, we need to Run the BcmOobXmlImport.exe tool in order to accomplish this.
    When we run this a User called Track-It! should be created in the Client Management application.

    But, sometimes we have seen that although the BcmOobXmlImport.exe tool runs successfully, the Track-It! user is not created in the Client Management application.


    CAUSE:

    It is possible we need to use a Manual method to Import the settings directly from Client Management.


    SOLUTION:

    Please refer the following steps in order to Import the settings using the Client Management Console:

    1) Log into the Client Management console with the admin user.
    2) At the Top Left corner use the "File -> Import" option and select the attached OOBXML.xml file.
    3) "Select All Objects" and Click OK.

    Once the File is successfully imported, you should see the Track-It! user under Global Settings -> Administrators in the Client Management Console.

    Now, you should be able to set up the Client Management Configuration in Track-It! using this user.
