APPTUNE allows administrators to restrict which Db2 systems a specific user can monitor.
    These are the steps required:

    1. On the ‘SQL Performance for Db2’ main menu, select option 9 for Administration. Press Enter.
    2.
    3. Select option 1 to modify user profiles. Press Enter.
    4.
    5. On the ‘User Profile Administration’ menu, type ‘M’ to modify the profile that you want. Press Enter.
    6.
    7. On the ‘User Profile Data’ menu, type ‘A’ to alter authorization values. Press Enter.
    8.
    9. On the ‘User Profile Authorization’ menu, type ‘2’ to change Db2 access options. Press Enter.
    10.
    11. On the ‘User Profile Db2 Access’ menu, supply the ‘New Db2 SSID’ field with the user that you want to authorize. Note that you can authorize more than one subsystem to the same user profile.
    12.
    13. If you want the user to execute Db2 commands on the specified Db2 subsystem, do not forget to change ‘Db2 commands’ flag from N to Y.
    14.
