    Workaround:
    There is a workaround to achieve this requirement to open the record in Salesforce1 standard view.
     For this workaround, edit the workflow rule email template and add following line in the email template.
    <a href="https://ap4.salesforce.com/{!RFLocalization__Incident__c.Id}" targer="_blank">go to ticket</a>
     

    Note: Change the URL based on your org instance name.
