Error: CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY, A workflow or approval field update caused an error when saving this record. Contact your administrator to resolve it. Recent Email from Customer: data value too large:
When you get this error notice at the end of the error message there is a string "data value too large", this is key to understand the error.
On this scenario when you get this message there is a mapping between the Email content and a Remedyforce Field.
You could be mapping Email Body to a Text Are with a Char Limit of 255 Characters, if your Email Body exceeds 255 Character this error will be thrown.
Solution: Verify you're not exceeding any character limit of any of you Email Fields mapped.
