Remedy - Server - Log to form does not create entries in specified log form name

    PROBLEM:

    Using Log to form does not create entries in the specified log form name.
    Enabling logs from Server Information form, Log files tab capturing the logs only on file not on form. 


    CAUSE:

    Defects: SW00563482 (19.02.001), SW00562399 (19.08)


    SOLUTION:

    This has been identified as a Defect.

    Apply the latest hotfix on top of ARS 19.02.01:

    SW00562399 - User Log against form AR System Log: User does not collect anything
    ........

    Currently under investigation.

    Workaround
    Capture the logs on File instead of Form
