Special characters viewed in an imported report in Track-It! 2019

    PROBLEM:

    Attempting to run a report imported Special characters are viewed

    CAUSE:

    The report Data Member value is missing or not updated when importing


    SOLUTION:

    In order to fix this issue, Data Member value needs to be updated

       
    1. Locate the report

    3. Click on Edit button
    4.  
    5. Click on Design Report

    7. Locate Data Member in Properties section at the right side of Design Report Area

    9. Manually Remove the value by clicking in the X mark

    11. Observed values in the canvas the have been modified (Ticket. is added at the beginning of the name field)

    13. Select now the value in Data Member to updated

    15. Should be like below

    17. Values are now updated as well

    19. Now Save the changes

    21. Run the report (in case you have any parameters, provide them and click Submit)

    23. Issue has been resolved and data is able to be viewed
