    - Caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

    SOLUTION:

This is caused by an error on the SSL certificate.

Our recommendation when installing Smart Reporting is to first install, onboard , import content  in that order and once everything is setup is to enable the SSL on the Smart Reporting server.

There are two ways we can approach the error above.

1- Re-add the Smart Reporting certificate to the Java Trust Store of the AR System server and Smart Reporting server.
2- Disable the SSL on the Smart Reporting server.

After any approach on the above, retry import content.
