    PROBLEM:

    Login to MyIT Admin to add the category and SRD, error message appears and said “Form does not exist on server MYIT:SRDJoin”

    Steps to reproduce the issue
    1. Create SRD and online the catalog via ITSM
    2. Login to MyIT Admin and add category and SRD
    3. Got error “Form does not exist on server MYIT:SRDJoin”


    CAUSE:

    MYIT:SRDJoin form does not exist on ITSM database.


    SOLUTION:

    Import myit-srm.def ( for pre-91 ITSM ) or myit-srm-91.def ( for ITSM 9.1.x and above ) which is under folder  SmartIT/MyIT install directory]Smart_IT_MyIT/workflow/ and fix the issue.

    OR

    For DWP 19.02 :

    1)Take DB backup of DWP and AR ITSM server(s)
    2)Go to the AR ITSM Server and locate myit-srm.def file for example at : C:\Program Files\BMC Software\Digital_Workplace_Patch\DWPPatch\workflow\itsm\
    <If your AR server version is greater that 9.1.x please continue with step 3>

    3)Open Developer studio and import the myit-srm.def file, by using replace existing object option
    4)Restart your AR service and delete the mid-tier cache
    5)Restart your DWP tomcat service
    6)Re-login in DWP admin console, go to Service Request tab and validate the issue.
