    PROBLEM:

    Summary: Email from Canon Copier is not creating ticket in footprints, after investigating this we found that description was not added by the copier on the email

    Error Found:

    CAUSE:

    Defect DRZNZ-13954


    SOLUTION:

    This issue is under review by the engineering team and this article will be updated when more information is available.

    Workaround: Add the description on the Copier outgoing email, it will resolve the issue and will create ticket along with attachment
