IEC293I FIRST DCB IN CLOSE PARAMETER LIST IS NOT ACCESSIBLE, DCB ADDRESS = 00000002
+BMC24106 DOMPROF FILE ALLOCATION FAILED, RC=0C-035C0002

    ANSWER:

IEC293I and BMC24106 messages can be ignored. IEC293I message is informational. MIG04 step is converting the PROFILE dataset and invoked a report manager function to access the current user profile. The access attempt failed because //DOMPROF DD was not coded. The access to the user profile is not required for the migration and the step completed with RC=0. Coding a //DOMPROF DD pointing to the old PROFILE dataset will avoid the BMC24106 message but it is not required.
