Track-It! 2019 Self Service keeps loading on language selection

    PROBLEM:

    When we try to open the self service portal from a link which is on a sharepoint site or a website it opens the self service login page however it keeps loading at language selection.


    CAUSE:

    This happens due to modern sharepoint web pages.It appears that using target corrupts the SSLanguage Cookie


    SOLUTION:

    Workaround:

    Remove the target="_blank" value from the href link that you have configured in the Intranet or SharePoint portal to reference the .
    Delete the Browser cookies for the page. 
    Alternately if you right click on the hyperlink and choose open the link in a new tab, the issue does not occur.
    Also you can create a shortcut on the desktop with the self service link.
