Getting Error during installing Remedy SSO with TS Installer

    QUESTION:

    Got below error during installation :
    LOG EVENT {Description=[createDatabase],Detail=[Unable to read/execute the initdb script.E:\Program Files\BMC Software\TrueSightRSSO\rsso\pgsql\bin\initdb.exe]}


    ANSWER:

    The installer was unable to find required files to create postgres DB.We ship the "WindowsPgsql.zip" under "Disk1\files".
    We identified that the folder itself was missing and due to that installer was unable to execute the script for DB configuration.
    Downloaded the complete installer and tried the installation again and it worked without any issue.
