    What is it about?

    We’re inviting you to participate in our early design validation program to get a sneak peek at what’s coming in the Helix Monitor release. You’ll have an opportunity to validate and provide valuable feedback on the capabilities of this next Helix Monitor/ITDA release. The program is expected to start in late October and run approximately three weeks. This program is open to a a handful of current ITDA customers and partners.

     

    What's new in our ITDA  journey

    The upcoming release will include the following new capabilities:

    • New flow to create collection profiles in the form of log policies
    • Enhancements to the data collector creation process
    • Automated data pattern recognition

    How to Join the program

    1. Have an active BMC Support ID in your profile:

      • Login to BMC Support
      • Edit Profile ==> Click on "BMC Support Access" Section
      • Enter "Support Contract ID" or Follow the link to "manage your support subscription"
      • Click here for help locating Support Contract ID

    2. Complete preliminary questionnaire

    3. Complete beta agreement

    4. Click here to request to join our private Communities group.

     

    What do you need to do?

    Once you have joined the program after you have followed the steps above, we will send you a link to the user test.

     

    Once you are into the usertesting.com platform, simply record your experience on your computer and answer some questions. The session should take about 15 minutes and must be completed on your desktop.

     

    You'll be given information about how to record your screen and voice so we can see and hear your experience. It's important to think aloud. Tell us why you're doing what you're doing, what you're expecting, and what you think about it. Don't be shy, we want to hear your thoughts! Your feedback will help us improve.
