During RSSO login the URL direction stops at the ADFS login page and does not redirect to Remedy

    PROBLEM:

    When trying to login to RSSO an ADFS login screen would appear requesting login.  When the login credentials were
    entered correctly, the login did not redirect to the Mid Tier, it stayed at the ADFS login screen.


    CAUSE:

    RSSO Mid Tier configuration


    SOLUTION:

    For troubleshooting, it was found that the rsso-config.properties file on the Mid Tier/RSSO Agent contained URLs
    that were using HTTP and HTTPS.  The test connections were being made through HTTP which received the error.
    However, the HTTPS URL would successfully authenticate with ADFS and redirect to the Mid Tier.

    The rsso-config.properties file was then modified to only include HTTPS and removed the HTTP parameters followed
    by restarting the Mid Tier Tomcat server to have the changes take effect.
