Control-D - Option V does not work if CTV is not installed

    PROBLEM:

     

    When an end user performes option V for opening a report in the report list screen U, the report is not opened for viewing and no messages appear. The problem occurs if CTV isn't installed in the IOA environment    

     


    CAUSE:

    Product Defect


    SOLUTION:

    Apply PTF PG04196 (BMC APAR BD10654).

    This PTF is part of maintenance 9.0.19.000.

    CAR00188686 addresses this APAR/CCID.
