Step "Join Computer to Domain" fails with the error " _MSDN_ERROR_CODE_"
You can confirm in %WINDIR%\debug\NetSetup.log file that account does not exist :

Administrator domain account does not exist
Be sure Domain administrator account exist on Domain Controller :
1) In the active directory Users and computers section, under users OU create an user entry and set it with Domain Administrator.
2) Execute the operational rule with the step "Join Computer to Domain" in which you have your Domain Administrator account on the device.
