    PRODUCT:

TrueSight Synthetic Transaction Monitor with Micro Focus Silk Performer

    COMPONENT:

    BMC Synthetic Transaction Execution Adapter

    APPLIES TO:

TMART BMC Synthetic Transaction Execution Adapter (TEA) Agent - all versions

    PROBLEM:

Below are two scenarios where this question/issue could occur:

Scenario 1) After migrating transactions from TMART to TrueSight Operations Management using the migration utility, some of the Synthetic transactions were accidentally created in the incorrect application.

Scenario 2) An Execution Plan was created under the incorrect Synthetic application, and it needs to be moved to another Synthetic application

Is there an option to move these Synthetic Execution Plans from one application to another application?

    SOLUTION:

It is not possible to move an Execution Plan from one application to another application with TrueSight.  The workaround is to delete the Execution Plan and create a new Execution Plan in the other application.  This will be a manual process.
