Does an in place upgrade of Control-M 9.0.00 to 9.0.18.000 or 9.0.18.100 upgrade the dedicated PostgreSQL server that Control-M uses?  The Control-M 9.0.00 had installed a dedicated PostgreSQL 9.2 database server.
