    NTE:Notifier records are not being automatically cleaned up (/deleted) from the system, resulting in millions of rows

    CAUSE:

    Defect SW00464330


    SOLUTION:

     

    Cause

      

    Defect SW00464330 - Escalation "NTE:NTS:TA@00:30-CleanupNTS" is missing in ITSM 8.1 (this escalation would normally delete records from this form that are 21 days or older)

      

    Solution

      

    Defect SW00464330 is marked as fixed in ITSM 8.1 SP2
