Unable to create People profile from CTM:People form

    PROBLEM:

    While creating a record on CTM:People form, user is receiving below error:

    ERROR (8760): Cannot establish a network connection to the AR System Plug-In server; <servername>:9555


    CAUSE:

    CMDB-Inline-Normalization parameter


    SOLUTION:

    Verify the logs to check if there are any errors reported for the filter "CMDB:Instance:InvokeCMDBEngine01"

    If yes review the ar.cfg from integration server and verify if the CMDB-Inline-Normalization is set to True.

    Change the parameter CMDB-Inline-Normalization: F and check if this helps.
