    PROBLEM:

Service contains a job that uses FROM TIME that must be achieved the next natural day from its planification. And it runs correct but when the New Day arrives, Control-M calculates wrongly the statistics for this job.

    Example:
Job with ODAT 26-02, and FROM TIME 10:40 + 1 day, is executed the natural day 27-02 at 10:40. But statistically CONTROL-M calculates that the natural day will be executed is 28-02, causing the BIM in which this job is included to erroneously mark Service Projected to be late.

    CAUSE:

CAR00125261 : BIM Service is wrongly projected late on the next day, when there is a job in the service with +Days.

    SOLUTION:

This caused the service to be late on the next day, because the estimated run time of a job ignores the Order date.

Following CAR has been created for this problem:

CAR00125261:  BIM Service is wrongly projected late on the next day, when there is a job in the service with +Days.

CAR00125261 has been implemented in Fix Pack 9.0.00.500.  Please apply the latest available Fix Pack to resolve this issue.
