Webserver authentication and SSL cause schedule reports to fail to run

    PROBLEM:

    When Footprints is integrated to IIS and also using SSL port, for instance 443, and also using Webserver Authentication, then scheduled reports fail to run, even though the SSL certificate was correctly generated and integrated to OpenJDK.

    The report causes an error in the log :

    Failed to run scheduled report with name ( Report ), ID (305), and URL (https://Servername/servicedesk/rdPage.aspx?rdRepo


    CAUSE:

    Defect DRZNZ-13741


    SOLUTION:

    This issue has been marked as Fixed in the 20.19.03 release
