TSSR-SA: Reporting page shows NO Access , No data was found matching this report's Access filter

    PROBLEM:

    For TSSR  Fresh installation , once you log into Smart reporting portal , data not visible until we  run access filters.

    No access on filters


    CAUSE:

    For fresh installation admin should refresh filters to see data.


    SOLUTION:

    Please follow the below steps to run access filters which will enable data to be visible in reports as shown in  below screenshots.

    Refresh the cached filter list to ensure that the latest values are reflected in the reports.  You must refresh the list when new users are added to TrueSight Smart Reporting for Server Automation through ETL.
    Only the TrueSight Smart Reporting Administrator can refresh the cached filter list. 

      

    Ensure that you have added TrueSight Smart Reporting for Server Automation Administrator user in your client organization in TrueSight Smart Reporting before refreshing the filter list. 

      

    Do the following:

      
       
    1. Use the following URL to open the TrueSight Smart Reporting login page:
      https://<hostname>:port/tsr 
    2.  
    3. In the Log in as list, select the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Admin.
    4.  
    5. In the User Name and Password fields, enter the administrator credentials.

    6.  
    7. Click LOG IN.
    8.  
    9. In the left navigation pane, click Administration >Admin Console.
    10.  
    11. Select the TrueSight Smart Reporting for Server Automation Administrator in the Multi-tenant Login list and click Login.
    12.  
    13. In the right navigation pane, click Administration >Schedule Management to display the list of all the schedules.
    14.  
    15. Filter the list by Access Filter type.
    16.  
    17. Click Select All to ensure that all access filters are selected, and then click Run now. Ensure that all access filters have been refreshed in the current date and time. If any filter still shows an earlier date and time in the Last Run column, select that filter and click Run Now again.
    18.  
    19. The latest data is now reflected in your reports.
