Not seeing Broadcast from ITSM in DWP 19.05 if created using -Global- Company

    PROBLEM:

    Steps to reproduce:
    - Create the first ITSM broadcast for Calbro company, wait for 5 min - broadcast is appearing in DWP UI and Admin
    - Create the second ITSM broadcast for - Global - company, wait for 5 min - broadcast is not appearing in DWP UI, in Admin Console there are couple of duplicates for the same broadcast
    - Create the third ITSM broadcast for Calbro company, wait for 5 min - broadcast is not appearing in DWP UI and Admin Console at all
    - All subsequent created ITSM broadcasts are missing in DWP UI and Admin console


    CAUSE:

    DRIIT-39652


    SOLUTION:

    The above mentioned Defect will be addressed in a future patch/release of DWP.

    To work around the issue, please use the methods below to create broadcasts:

    - Create broadcasts in the DWP Admin Console
    - If using ITSM, only create Company specific broadcasts (not -Global-)

    Using either of those methods will result in the broadcast being available within DWP
