    PROBLEM:

     

    How to enable the Bulk data export feature?

     


    SOLUTION:

     

    To enable the Bulk data export feature perform the following steps:

      
       
    1. Access the Real User Analyzer web UI
    2.  
    3. Log in with a security officer account
    4.  
    5. Navigate to the Administration > Security settings > Services page
    6.  
    7. Enable the Bulk data export service
    8.  
    9. Navigate to the Administration > Data sharing settings > Bulk data export page
    10.  
    11. Turn on the Staging area
    12.  
    13. Turn on the Exporting feature
