    DETAILS:

BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition (EUEM) has a data model with detailed information about the end user experience. The Real User Analyzer component processes HTTP transactions as objects, pages and sessions. This data is stored in a database and in a set of data files simultaneously.

The database information can be queried using the Session Browser tool in the web user interface.
The data files can be exported from the Real User Analyzer using an API call to the Bulk data export tool.

Regardless of the method used, the output is a zip file containing data files for each object, page, session and error records.

Here are the advantages and disadvantages of each export method.
