    How to Change the Contact Pop up Fields on Console for Contact Field?


    ANSWER:

     If you are using the Contact field on the Incident form, the following fields are displayed in the pop-up window and you cannot configure these fields:

       
    •     Name
    •  
    •     Email
    •  
    •     Mailing City
    •  
    •     Mailing State
    •  
    •     Mailing Country
    •  
    •     Mailing Postal Code
       Workaround: up vote this Remedyforce idea, it might be delivered at some point.
