java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/ai/cmdb/utils/CMDBUtils

    PROBLEM:

    (case 1)
    In spoon client, try editting CMDBOutput step, got the following error and can't edit.
    java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/ai/cmdb/utils/CMDBUtils

    (case 2)
    In spoon client, we can run a job successfully without error.
    While we run a job in AI console, job logs shows java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/ai/cmdb/utils/CMDBUtils


    CAUSE:

    aicmdb-utils.jar file missing from data-integration/lib folder.


    SOLUTION:

    (case 1)
    "aicmdb-utils.jar" did not exist on the spoon client machine. Copied "aicmdb-utils.jar"
    from (Server): /opt/bmc/ARSystem/diserver/data-integration/lib/aicmdb-utils.jar
    to (Client): C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\diserver\data-integration\lib\aicmdb-utils.jar

    (case 2)
    "aicmdb-utils.jar" did not exist on the AI server. Copied "aicmdb-utils.jar"
    from (Client): C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\diserver\data-integration\lib\aicmdb-utils.jar
    to (Server): /opt/bmc/ARSystem/diserver/data-integration/lib/aicmdb-utils.jar
    Restart AI server or Pentaho plugin.
