BMC Helix Remedyforce Service Desk
In BMC Helix Remedyforce Lightning Showing Default Date Time Value 1/1/1970 12:00 AM in Remedyforce Console Incident History ListView.
Computer Clock Time format is not correct
The issue is resolve by configuring the right time format of the Computer clock.
To Configure the Computer Clock:
1. Login to the affected user Computer
2. Go to Control Panel | Clock,Language and Region | Date and Time
3. Set the correct Date and time format with correct Time zone
4. Save the settings
5. Login to Remedyforce and verify the issue is resolved.
Note: The above steps is for Windows 10 Operating system.
