When accessing the TrueSight Capacity Optimization (TSCO) Console pages the following error is being reported:
- Forbidden request! Goto url should be aligned with a RSSO cookie domain.
The "Forbidden request! Goto url should be aligned with a RSSO cookie domain." message is an error that is coming from the Remedy Single Sign-On (RSSO) server. It can be caused by one of the following issues:
The access URL does not have a fully qualified domain name (FQDN). For example, the URL entered is "https://tsco-console:8443/console" for a TSCO Console system with a "tsco-console.mycompany.com" name.
The "Cookie Domain" defined in the RSSO server isn't the same domain for the TSCO Console system. This configuration setting is located on the General > Server configuration page of the RSSO server. For the example above, the Cookie Domain must be defined as "mycompany.com".
The "Cookie Domain" defined in the RSSO server could be a more general version of the TSCO Console system domain. A Cookie Domain value of "mycompany.com" can support a TSCO Console system with a "marketing.mycompany.com" domain name.
The Capacity Optimization Console URL is not defined with a fully qualified name.
Log in to the TSCO Console with an administrator account.
Navigate to the Administration > System > Global configuration page.
Click on the Advanced button.
Expand the Console section.
Make sure the Capacity Optimization Console URL has a FQDN.
