    PRODUCT:

    TrueSight Capacity Optimization

    COMPONENT:

    Capacity Optimization

    APPLIES TO:

    10.x, 11.0,11.3.01

    PROBLEM:

In TrueSight Capacity Optimization (TSCO), when a report is edited, sometimes it looses some configuration related to the mail attachment format.

    For example, following this process:
      (1) Edit a report
      (2) Choose PDF as a mail attachment
      (3) Save the updated report

When editing the same report again, the PDF attachment option is no longer selected (even though it was selected when the report format options were last saved).

    SOLUTION:

This problem is being tracked by Defect DRCOZ-19066 which appears in the patch README as:
DRCOZ-19066 - Report email attachments formats lost when saving

The fix will be included in:

    • CHF 04 for CO 11.3.01
    •
    • CHF 23 for CO 11.0.00
    •
    • CHF 20 for CO 10.7.01
    •
    • CHF 16 for CO 10.5.00
