    BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management 4.6.00 release or higher



    PROBLEM:

    When upgrading or launching BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management (CLM) Installer, it throws an error "failed to find any suitable jvm to launch"


    CAUSE:

    BMC CLM Installer is not able to find any installed JRE on installer or product host


    SOLUTION:

    How to remediate:
    1). Follow this documentation for system requirements on Windows and Linux Operating System.
    2). Install the supported JRE on a local installer or product host
