Track-It! 2018/2019 "Server Error in '/TrackIt' Application" appears while logging in to Track-It! after fresh install.

    PROBLEM:

    After fresh install, we get below error while logging in to Track-It! Web

    Server Error in '/TrackIt' Application. 
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 

    Index was outside the bounds of the array. 
    Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. 

    Exception Details: System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array. 

    Source Error: 

    An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below. 


    CAUSE:

    The reason behind this error is missing license entry in Track-It! Database.


    SOLUTION:

    1. Download attached Licence Import Tool.

    2. Open an elevated command prompt to run this tool. 

    3. Run LicenseImport.exe to import the .licx file to the database.
        
    The tool uses the ODBC System DSN named "Track-It". You need to ensure that you run this tool on a system which has the said DSN configured.

    4. Supply the password for the _SMSYSADMIN_ DB user.

    Once completed, Restart the IIS Services and World Wide Web Services.
