    BMC has made some adjustments to the licensing model over the years with the goal to simplify the purchasing process for customers. Since the pricing models for Remedy licenses vary for customers, the entitlements that are included with the purchased licenses are also different.

     

    For information about what you are entitled to get in your purchased license, see the following frequently asked questions (FAQs).

     

    1.  What entitlements come with my purchased license types?

      • (For on-premise customers) If you have purchased Remedy licenses via the 2007 or 2015 pricing model, log in to the Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) Site. Under the EPD Licensed Product view, navigate to Remedy IT Service Management or Remedy Service Management. For Remedy versions 9.0 and higher, see the PDF document that describes the license entitlements.
      • (For BMC Helix ITSM SaaS customers) Go to BMC Helix ITSM Suite service.

    2.  Where can I find additional documentation related to licensing?

    For more information, go to the BMC online documentation portal and then navigate to the required product and version.
