    Gateway Server Admin Helper Log System Task is failing with this error

    SOLUTION:

    Via the BPA console, check the list of scheduled Manager runs. 

    Is there a Manager run that is in "WAITING" state that is associated with the   <manager_run>.msf file, and is it possible that msf file has bee removed from the machine and the run was never unscheduled properly (or something like that).  
       
    1. Use the GeneralManagerClient command to listRunningManagerRuns: "%BEST1_HOME%\bgs\bin\GeneralManagerClient" -s localhost:10129 listRunningManagerRuns
    2.  
    3. Check if the [Directory]\[ManagerRun] file exists (based upon the output). Remove the wrong manager run and keep the correct one and the problem should be resolved.
