Getting "Unable to load quota details" error when trying to request a new service in Cloud End User Portal

    PROBLEM:

    When trying to request a new service in Cloud End User Portal, a Cloud User's quota is not available with below error; even though, a Cloud User has an enough quota:

    CAUSE:

    Defect DRCLL-95 (Quota not being loaded)


    SOLUTION:

    Due to a security fix that is introduced in BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management 4.6.07.001 release, not all of the attributes in userview object are returned. This causes an impact with Tomcat Server-based Cloud End User Portal while fetching a user's quota information from Platform Manager APIs

    This issue is fixed in BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management 4.6.07.001 Hotfix and available to be downloaded from: ftp://ftp.bmc.com/pub/CLM_Cipher_Quota_Hotfix
