Getting "Unable to load quota details" error when trying to request a new service in Cloud End User Portal

    When trying to request a new service in Cloud End User Portal, a Cloud User's quota is not available with below error; even though, a Cloud User has an enough quota:

    Defect DRCLL-95 (Quota not being loaded)


    Due to a security fix that is introduced in BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management release, not all of the attributes in userview object are returned. This causes an impact with Tomcat Server-based Cloud End User Portal while fetching a user's quota information from Platform Manager APIs

    This issue is fixed in BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management Hotfix and available to be downloaded from:
