How to change the background image of MainView Explorer screens

    QUESTION:

    To load your own company logo or any other image you must pull down the MainView Explorer Options menu and select the Background image cascaded menu, but until one image is available, this option is grayed out. How to proceed ?


    ANSWER:

    To use your own custom image, it must be available in a directory on your workstation. Supported image files have the extension .jpg, .gif. or .png.
    To import a custom image, select Import background image from the File menu.


    This will bring up a File dialog with which you can navigate to the library containing the desired image.
    Once imported, the Options / Background image / Custom check box will be selected.
    This image will be remembered, and as long as you launch MVE from this workstation, this image will be loaded and used.
