    PRODUCT:

Control-M/Server for UNIX and Microsoft Windows

    COMPONENT:

Control-M/Server for UNIX and Microsoft Windows

    APPLIES TO:

The Control-M/Server 9.0.19 ctmudly command fails to order a SMART folder as well as its sub folders and jobs, when Adjust Condition is enabled on the SMART folder.

    PROBLEM:

The  'Keep active for' (MAXWAIT) value of a SMART folder and its sub folders is set incorrectly to 0, when the folder is ordered using the ctmudly command.
The 'Keep active for' value should be taken from the first Rule Based Calendar (RBC) that is fulfilled.
The 'Keep active for' value of the jobs of the SMART folder is also incorrect, when the relationship parameter of the job is defined as "or".

    For example:
SMART folder ‘fld1’ has a Rule Based Calendar ‘workDays’ with 'Keep active for' value set to 4.
The folder has a job - ‘job1’. The 'Keep active for' of the job ‘job1’ is set to 2, and the job also uses the Rule Base Calendar ‘workDays’ of the parent.

    CAUSE:

CTM-1883 : Jobs 'Keep active for' (Max wait) value is set to 0 even though it was defined with a different value when ordered using ctmudly

    SOLUTION:

Defect CTM-1883 has been created for this issue and is resolved in patch PACTV.9.0.19.001
