    PROBLEM:

    In Workload Automation Client, the job id is empty while checking the job statistics in monitoring domain after upgrading of Control-M/Enterprise Manager to version 9.0.19. This issue can appear after an in-place upgrade or after migration to version 9.0.19.


    CAUSE:

    Control-M/Server CTM-1740: In Workload Automation Client (em) - in statistics tab JOB ID is empty


    SOLUTION:

    CTM-1740 is a Control-M/Server issue as the Control-M/Server is not able to transfer JOB ID to Control-M/Enterprise Manager side.

    CTM-1740 has been implemented in Control-M/Server 9.0.19.200 . For more info, please see:

    To resolve install Control-M/Server 9.0.19.200
