    QUESTION:

    How to enable Atrium Web Service Logs


    ANSWER:

    Open logback_server.xml file under ARServer Installation dir/conf folder and append below lines in it
     

      <logger  name="com.bmc.arsys.ws.client.WebServiceSoapClientImpl"  
    level="info" additivity="false">  
    <appender-ref ref="ServerLog" />  
    </logger>  
            <logger name="org.apache.commons.httpclient"  
             level="debug" additivity="false">   
                 <appender-ref ref="DebugLog"/>   
            </logger>  
    <logger name="org.apache.axis2"    
                   level="debug" additivity="false">  
    <appender-ref ref="DebugLog" />  
    <appender-ref ref="ServerLog" />  
    </logger>   
     
    After appending above information we need to restart arserver service.  
     
    Logging information will be available under arerror.log file.
