DWP Advanced - Issue opening Report from DWP/My IT Admin Console post upgrade

    PROBLEM:

    We recently upgraded our DWP/My IT system from 3.5 to v18.11. Post upgrade we are unable to open Reports from DWM/My IT Admin page.
    It throws error on screen (see attached screen shot).

    CAUSE:

    This was caused by the duplicate user present in CTM:People. One offline record and one active record. https://jira.bmc.com/browse/DRIIT-37612


    SOLUTION:


    You can use this query to workaround this issue and to see the report.
