    PROBLEM:

    BMC Helix Remedyforce Staff Receive Error When Clicking Configure Signature in the Remedyforce Console Actviity Feed. Error: You do not have sufficient privileges to perform this operation.


    CAUSE:

    Staff does not have access to the Rich Text Email Signature field on the User object.


    SOLUTION:

    Grant Access to the Rich Text Email Field on the User Object:

       
    1. Open/Create a Permission Set (assigned to user receiving the error)
    2.  
    3. Select Objects Settings | Users.
    4.  
    5. Tick Read and Edit access on Rich Text Email Signature.
    6.  
    7. Click Save
    8.  
    9. Verify the staff can Click Configure Signature without error.
