BMC Helix Remedyforce Service Desk
BMC Helix Remedyforce Staff Receive Error When Clicking Configure Signature in the Remedyforce Console Actviity Feed. Error: You do not have sufficient privileges to perform this operation.
Staff does not have access to the Rich Text Email Signature field on the User object.
Grant Access to the Rich Text Email Field on the User Object:
- Open/Create a Permission Set (assigned to user receiving the error)
- Select Objects Settings | Users.
- Tick Read and Edit access on Rich Text Email Signature.
- Click Save
- Verify the staff can Click Configure Signature without error.
