    NOTE: Enabling Encryption for Remedyforce is a multi-step process. Encryption must be purchased.  Once purchased Salesforce will enable encryption on the org, then contact BMC Support to request Encryption of Managed Package Fields be enabled.  After these things have been done the org is ready to be configured for encryption.
