    PROBLEM:

    While Running report from AR System Report Console form we are getting "Error during processing : ARERR [9241] 9241.

    This is happening for all users and happening for both AR and Web Report.


    SOLUTION:

    Issue was with disk space, we can see 0 bytes available where Midtier installation directory is present. 

    In this case midtier was installed on /opt location and df -h shows 100% used for /opt we have deleted older logs from /opt/bmc/midtier/logs location and it fixed the issue.
