BMC Atrium Core
Customer is not able to access either the Atrium Core or Atrium Integrator consoles. When the console opens they see the error:
Authentication Error: Error while getting user info for application : AtriumCMDBConsole
We can see in flex debug logging this:

SHARE:Application_Properties shows the version is blank.
ARServer version was nuNull ARServer version in the SHARE:Application_Properties form.ll in the related SHARE:Appplication_Properties record.
This occurred after a failed upgrade of Atrium Core 19.02 which rolled back.
Adding the current version 9.1.04.002 to the ARServer version record in SHARE:Application_Properties fixed the issue.
