    PROBLEM:

    Impact Analysis on Change Requests not removing previously selected CI's


    CAUSE:

    Defect SW00467823 for ITSM and SW00549803 for Smart IT


    SOLUTION:

    This used case has been logged as defect SW00467823 for ITSM Change Management to be addressed in future release. Smart IT Defect SW00549803 is fixed from 18.05 Patch 005.
     
    ITSM Workaround:
     
    Update the active link "INT:CHGAIS:CRQ:Preprocess_100_CallGuide" by adding a push field action between the Set Fields and Call Guide actions that will push a value to "AIS:Simulation" form where:
     
    $Infrastructure Change ID$ = 'SimulationID'
     
    And push mappings:
     
    FilterCommand = "CloseandClean"

      Perform a Mid Tier flush cache after modifying the active link.
      
    IMPORTANT: It is highly recommend you to take the necessary backups and test the workaround in QA/Dev environment to ensure the functionality.
