    QUESTION:

    How to Configure Chrome to Allow Remedyforce Users to Add Notes from the Salesforce Incident Tab


    ANSWER:

     

      Add Remedyforce to All  Popups in Chrome:
      
      1. In Chrome in the top right Click Customize and Control Google Chrome ( 3 dots) | Select Settings
      
      2. Click Main Menu (3 horizontal bars top left) | Click Advanced | Click Privacy and security | Click Content Settings | Click Popups and redirects
      
      3. Beside Allow Click Add
      
      4. Enter the following one at a time then Click Add

    NOTE: ## is the Salesforce instance number or if you are using a domain enter the domain instead of na##
      

    5. Close Settings tab
    6. Go Remedyforce | Open an Incident and Verify notes can be added to Incidents
