    QUESTION:

    Query to Find Draft Service Requests in Self Service 3.0 in Remedyforce.


    ANSWER:

    The drafts Service Requests are visible in Self Service 3.0.  This is a new feature in Winter 19 release.  The below query helps in finding those draft Service Requests.
    SELECT Name, Id, BMCServiceDesk__Submitted__c FROM BMCServiceDesk__SRM_RequestDetail__c WHERE BMCServiceDesk__Submitted__c = false
