    PRODUCT:

    BMC Atrium Orchestrator Platform

    COMPONENT:

    BMC Atrium Orchestrator Platform

    APPLIES TO:

    BMC Atrium Orchestrator Platform 7.x.xx BMC Atrium Orchestrator Platform 8.x.xx TrueSight Orchestration Platform 8.x.xx

    PROBLEM:

    When I open the BMC Atrium Orchestrator / TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) Repository Manager by clicking on the "Applications" -> "Repository Manager" link in Grid Manager, I see only a blue screen. I can access my Content from within Grid Manager and the Repository is running, but the browser displays nothing.

    CAUSE:

    The browser is unable to run the Repository Manager interface within Grid Manager because it cannot use cookies or because it is pointing to an incorrect Repository URL.

    SOLUTION:

    Add your Grid Manager URL to your browser's trusted sites, or lower the browser's privacy settings for Grid Manager so it does not block cookies.

    If you are using the same server to host both your Repository and the Configuration Distribution Peer (CDP) from which you are accessing Grid Manager, open the file [CDP_HOME]/tomcat/conf/context.xml and look for the following line:

    <Parameter name="com.bmc.ao.REPOSITORY_URL" override="true" value="https://[REPO_FQDN]:port/baorepo/http"/>

    In this line, [REPO_FQDN] must be the fully-qualified domain name of your Repository, and it must match the fully-qualified domain name of the CDP as you use in your Grid Manager URL (https://[CDP_FQDN]:port/baocdp).
