    PROBLEM:

    Every one hour getting email with Subject
    <Alert> Error Processing the CI Events.

    Content

    Summary : An error Encountered while processing the CI Events for BPPM. Please Find below Link to view the Error Report.

    Please follow the following Steps to take further Action on Event Errors.
     
    1. Go to CAI:Events form
    2. Search the form on the basis of Status="In Progress" and ReturnCode="Error" and App Interface Form = "CHG:CHGBPM:BPPM Adapter".
    3. Take an appropriate action for processing the events. Change the ReturnCode ="Start" to reprocess the events.
    4. Unprocessed Events will automatically got deleted after 48 Hrs of getting Notification.

    BPPM integration with AR system, there no error records found.


    SOLUTION:

     

    Checked APISQLFILTER logs

    INT:CHGBPM:NotifyForError

    Found qualification for filter was wrong hence this email was triggering.

    Change Filter qualification to:

      


    ('Command' = "Change_Out_CreateBPPMEvent") AND ('TR.Actual Error Count' != $NULL$) AND ('TR.Actual Error Count' != 0)

    This resolved the issue.
